Strength is coming back!!

A trainer noticed my rack deadlifts today saying I was lifting heavy!!!
Day 12 back at the gym
Push press 135x10@ 1 set
Back squat 255 x3 @ 4 sets
Back squat 275 x2 @ 1 set
Front squat 185 x8
Front squat 205 x 2
Power cleans 155 x5
Rack deadlift 495x1
Rack deadlift 500x1

Strength is coming back... Still a light day. Now must start working on oly lift form.

Light Days

I hate reconditioning. But if you take off for as long as I did and you are as old as I am it takes longer to get back what you lost. On anther note, Adidas has now started selling oly lifting shoes on their website in a variety of colors. I might try to cop a pair around tax time.
Today's workout
Day 9 back at the gym
Ran 1.5 miles on treadmill
Leg press 630@3 sets x5reps
Leg cable kick backs 50@2 sets x6reps
Bench press (smith) 224@3sets x7 reps
Seated mili press (smith) 135 @3sets x6 reps.
A light day, :-).
